Job Description


POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Mall)LOCATION: AVENUE K MALL, JALAN AMPANG, KUALA LUMPURJob Responsibilities: * Manage customer service / information counter

  • Attend to shoppersxe2x80x99 and tenantsxe2x80x99 enquiries and feedback
  • Assist in the upkeeping of the mall
  • Assist in the execution of the mallxe2x80x99s promotions and events
  • Assist in sale and redemption of vouchers
  • To maintain a high level of staff service standards
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Managing mallxe2x80x99s Loyalty Program redemptions, enquiries and all aspects of support
Job Requirements: * SPM and ABOVE
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 2 years of working experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service
  • Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in shift (9.30am xe2x80x93 6.30pm /1.00pm xe2x80x93 10.00pm/ 1 hour break each shift ) xe2x80x93 6 days work, 1 day off
