Job Description



  • Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner to customers and tenants.
  • Respond to all customers\' requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Be the Mall ambassador by providing exemplary customer service.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least SPM.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other dialects.
  • Flexible with good problem solving and customer oriented skills.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Additional: Meal voucher and parking provided.
