• Experience in telemarketing and customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling software, and other customer management tools.
• Multilingual skills (English, Mandarin, Malay) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all patient inquiries online and off line via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Conduct follow-up calls to gather patient feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system.
• Provide information on treatments, services, and promotions to potential patients.
• Support telemarketing efforts to promote health and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with practitioners and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address patient concerns professionally.
