• Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Record information into Cargo wise 1 and check completed work for accuracy
• Proactively communicate with customer via email
• Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential
• Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative

• Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• A customer focus and solutions orientated mindset
• The ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
