Minimum SPM.
Good Command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken)
Excellent communication skills.
Possess own transport.
Able to come for training at Wisma Domino\xe2\x80\x99s Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
Working place Wisma Domino\xe2\x80\x99s Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam or Domino\'s USJ 9 Taipan.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic computer knowledge is needed and training will be provided.
Does not have any health problem that prevents working on rotating/night shift.

Tanggungjawab

Handle inbound calls for Domino\'s Pizza orders taking Malaysia and Singapore
Process customer\xe2\x80\x99s order
Tactfully and professionally attend to customer queries/concerns via phone
Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times
To comply with any special or additional tasks assigned from time to time by the superior and management.
