  • Must be Malaysian and more than 18 - 45 years old.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Good Command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to come for training at Wisma Domino\xe2\x80\x99s Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Working place Wisma Domino\xe2\x80\x99s Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam or Domino\'s USJ 9 Taipan.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer knowledge is needed and training will be provided.
  • Does not have any health problem that prevents working on rotating/night shift.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle inbound calls for Domino\'s Pizza orders taking Malaysia and Singapore
  • Process customer\xe2\x80\x99s order
  • Tactfully and professionally attend to customer queries/concerns via phone
  • Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times
  • To comply with any special or additional tasks assigned from time to time by the superior and management.
