CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENT :

Coordinate with customers/co-loaders and carriers to prepare shipping documents as required.
Internal coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, haulage, transport, operations department and other related department and external parties to fulfil agent\xe2\x80\x99s or customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Tracking the shipping status, maintaining the good relationship with carrier, warehouse, trucks and other related department.
Positive, self-initiative, responsibility, be able to work under pressure.
Knowledge in Forwarding will be an added advantage.
