Job Description


Job Responsibility To provide excellent service in face-to-face to build and enhance good relationship with customer. Smooth business operation and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services. Responsible in sales and service KPIs, operation support and SOP. Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market Willingness to take accountability to handle customers\' issues in a professional and courteous manner that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market Able to identify sales opportunity through communication with customers Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins Able to persuade and close sales Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plan Working Hours and Days 9am-10pm (Monday-Sunday) Location: Level 1, U Mobile HQ, Berjaya Times Square Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur Job Requirements Can start immediately (February intake) A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply) Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry Job Benifits Basic Salary RM2150 sale Incentives +RM2500 Mandarin allowance for who applicable (RM300) KPI performance allowance Career Advancement Medical Benefit Annual Leave Bonus Annual Salary Increment EPF, SOCSO
