Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in the following disciplines: English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field
6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in Customer Service in Banking Industry preferred.
Willing to work rotational shift
Open to relocating to Penang.
Responsibilities
Deliver prompt customer support via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
Execute client instructions, resolve issues, and cross-sell bank products.
Gather feedback, meet productivity standards, and continuously improve service quality.
Stay updated on products and skills through training. Identify and address financial needs, safeguard customer information, and maintain brand loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators
