Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the shipment status within Malaysia Region, the responsibility to solve the problems, deal with the complaints and complications.
Develop & establish solid relationship with both vendors and clients support to daily operations
Prepare regular reports such as Space Report, Tracking Report, Volume Report, etc to both internal and external customers.
Communicate and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure the data and reports are accurate and on timely manner. Report to client if any discrepancy within the data received from its vendors.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for shipping arrangement.
Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes.
Analyze data to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a customer service or control tower role.
3. Mandarin (Required): Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, including understanding Mandarin characters.
4. English Proficiency: Excellent command of English for effective communication and reporting
5. Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other related software.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. A team player that excel in communications and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
