Perform all Tier 1 duties with higher accuracy and service standards.
Review and resolve cases within assigned lines of business (LOB) according to KPI
and quality requirements.
Handle more complex inquiries, escalations, and customer disputes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years customer service or call center experience.
? Strong customer-service mindset and result-oriented.
? E-commerce or marketplace experience preferred.
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
? Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM, strong accuracy required to handle complex escalations.
Must be able to multitask between CRM tools and documentation. Typing test included.
Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
