Job Description

  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin in written and verbal.

  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to perform as a team player.
  • Organized and able to follow-up cases in a dedicated manner. Result orientated and willing to contribute to achieve team goal.
  • Capable of performing independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in customer services and/or credit in Financial industry will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in banking, insurance or financial brokerage industry with experience in customer supports or complaint handling.
Responsibilities
  • Assist incoming customers throughout the registration process, account opening, checking promotions eligibility, documentation related to account inquiry and complaints related to account.
  • Understand customers' support needs to provide solutions and enlightenment that are most suitable to them while adhere to company policy. Follow-up diligently and deliver a remarkable experience to customers.
  • Communicates responses in a clear, professional, and concise manner across all channels or medium within company official channels.
  • Familiar and apply the company policy and AML/CFT criteria in assessing customer registrations.
  • Identify and communicate feedback from customers with the team for continuous improvement and solutions.
  • Constructs professional written reply, notifications and memorandum to customers as required in English and Mandarin.
  • Generate reports through RM and perform data analysis as per required via Microsoft Excel. Capable of using basic formula are required.
  • No cold calling required. Attend only filtered incoming inquiries from our online platform.
  • Willing to work in shifts as per required; 9.30AM-6.30PM (GMT+8), or, 2.00PM to 11.00PM (GMT+8).
