- Minimum Education Required SPM.
- Fresh graduates can also apply- Full Training Provided
- 9 Working Hours in a day (Mon - Fri)
- Candidate must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling jaya location
- Provide online customer service through a call, chat or email.
- Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role is a plus
- Handling day to day escalation from customers.
- 5 working days in a week (Mon - Fri)
- Weekends off (2 days)
