Job Description


  • Proficient in English for effective communication with international clients.
  • At least have 1 years relevant work experience
  • Must be able to use Translator.
  • Strong customer service awareness, quick learner, and ability to grasp relevant business knowledge rapidly.
  • Must be able to work both shift (10am-7pm; 7pm-3am)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Only livechat (No phone calls or emailing)
  • Able to use translator
  • Resolve issues for premium users to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Collect and report feedback from users and agents to superiors, and help resolve issues.
  • Review user information and content for compliance with platform rules.
  • Communicate with agents to build good relationships and drive business growth.
  • Handle public opinion skillfully to maintain the platform\'s reputation.
  • Inform clients about new promotions and provide advice.
