Responsibilities:
Serve as the program users' point of contact and ensure timely resolution of reported
technical or functional 1st level program utilization difficulties.
Identify clients' requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyses reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
Keep and update reported issues and work closely with Technical Support team to assure quality client customer service.
Provide feedback to enhance existing programs by analyzing business objective and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features or add-on programs.
Undertake other ad hoc duties assign from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.
Required language(s): Mandarin is MUST due to business requirement, English
Applicants must be willing to perform 24 hours SHIFT work (on rotation basis).
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Call Center, Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
