- Location: Section 13 Petaling Jaya
- Working Hour/Day: 9 am- 630 pm, Monday - Friday (Office Based), Weekends on a rotation basis (WFH)
- Serve Malaysian market
- Salary: RM 2000
- Weekend Allowance (RM100/day)
- Handle inquiries via Incoming Calls/Emails/Social Media about leading retail pharmacy\'s services & products
- Patiently listen to customer\'s inquiries or problems
- Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner
- Foster and build relationships with the customer
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK DURING WEEKENDS (Extra Allowance for weekenders)
- Fresh DIPLOMA/DEGREE HOLDERS are encouraged to apply
- Strong Communication Skill & able to Multi Task
- EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
- Dynamic, energetic and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
- Applicant must be well versed with online shopping/retail/marketplace
- Experienced in retail/call center industry is an added advantage
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in customer service
- MUST COME WITH OWN LAPTOP for weekend\'s Work From Home arrangement
