To complete, monitor, and coordinate shipment arrangements (import/export) with internal teams and customers.
To handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
To prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner for payment processing.
Adhere to customers' standard operating procedures.
To manage shipments and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
To attend and participate in departmental, sales and customer service meetings and training sessions.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of the forwarding industry.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a related field (forwarding, transportation, or freight industry).
Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM or a Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or an equivalent field.
Possess a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in both English and Malay.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
