Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. clinic, medical spa
Prior work in retail e.g Zara, HandM
Inbound or outbound phone experience
Familiarity with chiro, physiotherapy
Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
Proficient in use of CRM and WhatsApp
Learning new software and data entry
Knowledge of general office procedures
