Ensure customers satisfaction is at its highest while managing and tracking KPI's.
Trouble shoot and track job progress from beginning until the end.
Liaise with all related departments / divisions to ensure job completion.
Maintain good relations with customers.
Explore for new business opportunities with customers.
Meet with customers on a need be basis to enhance relations and solve problems.
Assist in collecting payment from customers.
Any other job that maybe assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a logistics environment.
At least SPM or Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Good written and spoken English.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
