  • Can speak and read in Mandarin & English.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Willing work in 24/7 Rotational Shift.
Tanggungjawab
  • Identify & research customer needs and problems and provide the right solutions.
  • Effectively handle a large number of customer calls and inquiries.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and keep records of all customer conversations.
