As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive great care and attention to ensure the organization\'s customer loyalty and reputation.
Effective handling of all customer interactions (Online meeting. tele-communications and written communications).
Manage day to day operations of the customer support department and create standards and norms the customer service staff to follow in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage the operations of customer survey and call-backs.
Proactively seek feedback to facilitate improvements in customer service satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement
Must have at least 3 years of experience in handling customer.
