Job Description


  • As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive great care and attention to ensure the organization\'s customer loyalty and reputation.
  • Effective handling of all customer interactions (Online meeting. tele-communications and written communications).
  • Manage day to day operations of the customer support department and create standards and norms the customer service staff to follow in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the operations of customer survey and call-backs.
  • Proactively seek feedback to facilitate improvements in customer service satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in handling customer.
  • Must have experience in handling a team.
* Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
