We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. You'll handle customer support and sales-related tasks while working closely with advertisers on a leading social media platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support via chat, email, calls, and instant messaging
Handle advertiser inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Guide clients on advertising best practices and product features
Conduct outreach to promote advertising opportunities (80+ daily interactions)
Help advertisers optimize performance and grow their ad spend
Work with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or sales (cross-selling/upselling is a plus)
Good understanding of social media platforms
Comfortable using Microsoft and Google tools
Fluent in English (spoken & written); other language skills are a bonus
Minimum diploma/college degree in any field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
