Customer Service cum Indoor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, or walk-in visits. Communicate treatment options, pricing, and packages clearly and professionally to patients. Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new sales opportunities for treatments and courses. Follow up on consultations and ensure patients complete their recommended treatment plans. Maintain and update accurate patient records. Draft official correspondence, letters, and marketing content as needed. Meet individual and team sales targets, as well as call-handling KPIs. Provide excellent customer service before and after treatments, building long-term client relationships. Promote the centre's services and training courses to prospective students, highlighting their value and benefits. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals with the opportunity to earn attractive commissions. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategies. Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Work closely with colleagues and physicians to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or medical-related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or local dialects are an added advantage.

Must be available to work 6 days a week, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
