, we focus on natural, non-invasive treatments using traditional Chinese martial art bone-setting techniques combined with therapeutic practices. Our centre is dedicated to helping individuals with conditions such as sprains, misalignments, slipped discs, scoliosis, sciatica, and long-term pain -- all without relying on surgery, medication, or injections.

Main Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from clients through WhatsApp, social media platforms, and walk-in visits. Clearly explain available treatments, pricing, and package options to patients. Actively engage with new prospects to create sales opportunities for therapy sessions and training courses. Perform consistent follow-ups to ensure clients continue and complete their treatment plans. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patients and sales activities. Prepare formal letters, documents, and marketing write-ups when required. Achieve personal and team sales targets while meeting call-handling standards. Deliver excellent service before and after treatments, fostering long-term relationships with clients. Introduce and promote the centre's wellness services and professional training courses. Strive to exceed sales expectations, with attractive commissions available for high performers. Work alongside the marketing and operations team to support promotional strategies. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Collaborate with practitioners and teammates to ensure a seamless client experience.

? Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in sales and customer service (experience in healthcare/medical industries is an advantage). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust with clients. Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Self-driven and capable of working both independently and in a team. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin or local dialects will be an added bonus. Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
