Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats, addressing general inquiries, complaints, feedback, and issues related to our company\'s products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and resolve customer inquiries related to e-hailing services, payment issues, orders, and our e-hailing apps.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Cantonese proficiency will be an advantage
- Open to SPM leavers and fresh graduates seeking their first career in a call center.
- Full training will be provided
- Manage inbound communication channels including calls, emails, and live chat.
- Resolve inquiries related to e-hailing services, payments, orders, and applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet KPI targets and SLA requirements.
- Training: 1 month of comprehensive training provided.
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of accommodation provided; assistance in finding accommodation thereafter.
- Travel: Flight ticket to start work in Johor Bahru fully paid.
