Assist Service Innovation Lead in executing customer support strategies.
Responsible of the following:
Team\xe2\x80\x99s activity such as PPM, SAR
Audits and official documentation
Department SOP
Generate CS performance report
Procurement
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and identifying shared purpose in order to create fruitful partnerships
Meet customer service KPI and participate in continuous improvements.

Qualification and Experience
Higher diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in biomedical engineering or any related discipline
Computer literate
Strong ability to work in a matrix and collaborative environment
Excellent team working skills required
Adaptable to changing environments
Able to commit to within 4 - 6 months of internship on a full-time basis
