Position: Customer Support - Network InboundIntake: January 2024Industry: TelecommunicationEmployment Type: 6-Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)Working Location: Bandar Sunway, SelangorWorking Day/ Hour: 5 days work-week/ Rotational Shifts - including weekends and public holidays (earliest shift at 8 AM, last shift ends at 12 AM)Monthly Salary:

• Basic: RM 2,500 - RM 3,300 (based on academic qualification and related working experience)
• Shift Allowances: RM 5/day (Morning), RM 15/day (Afternoon)
• Language Allowance: RM 350 (Only applicable for Mandarin speaker)
• Overtime

s:

• Professionally and accurately handling customers\' network-related inquiries, requests, and complaints, via inbound calls.
• Maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services in accordance with the guidelines given.
• Manage customers complaints end to end and liaise with other departments to ensure the issues are resolved, as soon as possible and to update the customers on the status.
• Update customers on the latest promotions, products, and services.
• Schedule, assign, or act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with call center guidelines.
• Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• 2 years of call centre/contact center work experience, preferably inbound calls.
• Must be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to start on Jan 2024 and possess own transport.
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
