Must have at least one (1) year of working experience in a call centre environment.
Good knowledge of computerized operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking, performance-driven and teamwork capable among each in the department.
Analytical, result-oriented, well organized, a strong sense of responsibility, dynamic, resourceful, willing to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
Excellent in time management, professionalism, drive and resilience, problem-solving, building relationships, delivering quality service and management, feedback and fast learning.
Good command of English in both written and spoken.
Willing to work on public holidays and able to work on changing schedules.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Your responsibility is to create and maintain good communication and a high level of customer service with customers and staff in salons in any form of communication platform to outshine Musee Platinum Tokyo as Malaysia\'s No.1 Hair Removal Salon!
You will play an important role, such as:
Manage inbound and outbound calls/messages promptly, handle customer booking & reservation accurately, answer inquiries, resolve problems, and maintain daily database, records and administration work.
To attend and respond to customer queries. To ensure any concerns or related problems are handled promptly and in accordance with the performance standards by telephone, electronically or in person.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
Consistent in delivering passionate services to customers and resolving requests/complaints professionally.
Prepare and submit weekly data analysis reports promptly.
To recommend improvements to the company policies and procedures, documentation and operations to align with the market trends and needs.
Provide feedback to management regularly for improvement in all aspects.
Propose enhancements to create the most effective workflow for the call centre.
Assist in ad-hoc documentation, duties, reports and projects.
