- An organised and structured individual with ability to focus on task assigned to him/her

- Answering whatsapp messages from customer and potential customer in timely and quality manner
- Assist customers in their queries about the treatment, pricing and appointment booking
- Schedule and slot in customer's appointment
- Communicate with branches on daily appointments
- Communicate with the customers on their appointments (confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and etc)
- Provide support to the customers as and when required
- Other administrative task related to customer service
