Lead creation of performance metrics for Accounting and Finance divisions. Communicate standard dashboards and tracking of performance.InterrelationsThe Data Analyst reports to the Head of Finance Shared Services, and working closely with Group Finance, Corporate Accounting, Vessel Accounting, Joint-Venture, Treasury, and other Business Divisions.Main responsibilities and tasksThe position is responsible to perform the following activities.1.Data MiningCollect and process structured and unstructured information2. Data ManagementAnalyze data integrity for accurate data analysisDefine and implement data collection and transformation logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure data integrity while optimizing scalability and performance of the solutionUses appropriate software programs and tools, including statistical packages and programming languages to query, process, analyze, and present data and findings including required documentation3.Data ReportingDevelop and implement reporting dashboards and others measure of performancesCommunicating information in digestible and accessible way both orally and written including creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations which integrate various reporting components from multiple data sourcesFocus on analyze relevant data generating accurate reporting and analysis of unit\xe2\x80\x99s performance4. Metrics & Measure of PerformanceProvide actionable insights business strategyConsolidate and tracking improvement target and efficiency Key Performance IndicatorsBuild effective and visually rich presentations/Dashboards using BI Tools (Tableau) to present data in a meaningful wayEnsure quality, accuracy and focused analytic review5.Strategic ActionsFacilitate decision-making toward the achievement strategic plansProvide in-depth data-oriented analysis and expertise to enable successful assessment or implementation of ERP solution.Enthusiastic in continuous enhancing current practices, models, metrics on data managementAssist with Vice President Finance, CFO and Head of Finance in new initiatives, and non-routine tasks.AccountabilitiesThe position is accountable for meeting performance standards and compliances of processes, timely and accuracy of reporting key metrics, and actionable improvements.QualificationsDegree in Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, or other equivalent fields3-5 years of relevance experiencesProficiency with financial software packages (SAP), especially MS office (Excel & Power Points) and experience in BI tools (Tableau and/or Power BI) is a musAnalytical and research capabilities, and financials understandingA dynamic, vibrant individuals who aspire to goes beyond analyzing factual information to develop evidence-based actionsProactive learning new technologyMaintains cooperative working relationships with others in a culturally diverse environmentFluent in written and spoken EnglishSounds interesting?
