We are seeking a highly motivated talent as Data Analytics Lead for our Digital Division, and the ideal candidate will be entrusted to lead the data analytics team and leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, process optimization, and improving overall business performance of FarmByte. In addition, the candidate also required to transform raw data into actionable insights and providing valuable recommendations to key stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1.Team Leadership and Management Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and business intelligence professionals. Successful management and development of the data analytics team. 2.Data Analytics Strategy and Implementation. Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Design and oversee the implementation of robust data collection, storage and analysis systems. Strategize data monetization practices, including identifying revenue opportunities, pricing models, and partnerships to generate value from data assets. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization. 3.Data Analysis and Insights. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets and provide insights and recommendations. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data. Creation and maintenance of performance metrics, dashboards, and reports. 4.Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities. Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPI). Promote the use of analytics to drive decision-making at all levels. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support data analytics initiatives. 5. Data Integrity and Security Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data accuracy and reliability. Knowledge and Skills: Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Proficient in data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau). Strong communication and presentation skills, conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Adept in strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to translate business challenges into analytical projects. Possesses strong business acumen, aligning data analytics initiatives with organizational goals. Knowledgeable in data privacy regulations and best practices for security and governance Qualifications: 7-8 years experience in a data analytics leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant field. Experience in leading and managing a team, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
