\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading a data analytics delivery team efficiently including team resource management, efforts estimation, issue identification & resolution and status reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in mentoring data engineers and developers to bring them up-to speed in Data Analytics solution delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirements analysis, technical solution design, development and quality assurance to implementation and post deployment hypercare support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of data lake and data warehouse architecture concepts, including data storage, data warehouse schema design and data integration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive experience in the following technology stacks (not limited to) in delivering Data Analytics products: Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Azure Data Lake Storage & etc), Informatica, Mulesoft API, Snowflake, Stonebranch and Power BI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in continuous integration & delivery (CI/CD process), preferably GitHub. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience with Agile software development and DevOps forward ways of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience in AI/ML, programming languages like R, Python, Scala, Java or C++ will be a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience in Robotic process automation (RPA) will be a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated in analysis performed, outputs delivered, and verbal/written communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience of business process in FMCG industry will be a plus.
