: Data Controller Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Data Controller Intern with an academic background in Records Management to support our data and document control processes. The intern will assist in managing, organizing, and maintaining accurate and compliant data and records within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the organization and maintenance of both digital and physical records to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory standards. Assist with data entry, verification, and updating records in all databases and filing systems. Ensure all records are correctly labeled and filed in an organized manner for accessibility. Assist with reviewing and updating all document control procedures. Assist in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms. Provide necessary documentation to support all internal and external audits and compliance checks. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling all sensitive information. Help with other duties as they occur.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Records Management, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field Strong organizational and filing skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of document control systems and data management practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and in a team environment
