Verify that all digital and physical records are organized and maintained in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Manage the system for accurately labeling, storing, and readily accessing documents.
Develop and continually enhance all procedures for document control and data management.
Work with different departments to monitor and confirm the consistency and accuracy of data across all systems.
Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the smooth flow of data and ensure sensitive information is handled correctly.
Handle all information according to data protection policies to guarantee its confidentiality.
Continuously improve data control methods and recommend system enhancements for document and recordkeeping.
Handle all other necessary duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data management, document control, or administrative support.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of data protection principles and records management best practices.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Salary:
RM2,300 - RM3,000
