Confirm the organization and maintenance of both digital and physical records meets all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Direct the system for correctly labeling, preserving, and providing ready access to documentation.
Establish and continuously improve all document control and data management procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to monitor and ensure data consistency and accuracy across all systems.
Responsible for communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth data transfer and the correct treatment of sensitive data.
Manage all information in compliance with data protection policies to ensure confidentiality.
Develop and refine data control methods while recommending system enhancements for documentation and record management.
Carry out any other duties as required and directed by management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data management, document control, or administrative support.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of data protection principles and records management best practices.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

RM2,300 - RM3,000
