Verify that the organization and maintenance of all digital and physical records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage the system for accurate labeling, preservation, and easy accessibility of documentation.
Develop and perpetually enhance all procedures for document control and data management.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain and verify data consistency and accuracy throughout all systems.
Manage communication with internal teams to guarantee smooth data transfer and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
Handle all information in strict compliance with data protection policies to maintain confidentiality.
Responsible for developing and improving data control methods, and suggesting system enhancements for documentation and record management.
Perform any other duties as required and assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data management, document control, or administrative support.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of data protection principles and records management best practices.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Salary:
RM2,300 - RM3,000
