Ensure that the organization and retention of all digital and physical records adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle the documentation control system, ensuring proper labeling, secure preservation, and ease of access.
Responsible for developing and maintaining perpetually enhanced procedures for document control and data management.
Liaise with multiple departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all systems.
Serve as the liaison for internal teams to facilitate smooth data transfer and appropriate management of sensitive information.
Manage all information in strict adherence to data protection policies to ensure confidentiality.
Develop and refine data control methods, proposing system enhancements for documentation and record management.
Handle other duties and ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data management, document control, or administrative support.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of data protection principles and records management best practices.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Salary:
RM2,300 - RM3,000
