Monitor infrastructure components (OS, databases, Azure services) and respond to alerts promptly.
Perform routine checks and assist with Database administration.
Handle basic Azure tasks such as resource monitoring, user access management, and assist in deployments.
Perform initial checks on database health, backups, and connectivity; escalate complex issues to L2/L3.
Support vulnerability scanning activities and apply basic remediation steps as instructed.
Log incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate high-severity issues to senior teams.
Provide support during migration activities by following documented procedures.
Learn and assist in automation tasks using Azure CLI and basic scripting.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and operational activities.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends for patching and critical incidents.
License Tracking: Assist in maintaining license inventory under supervision.
Good To Have:
ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management under guidance.
Experience in Azure administration and database basics (SQL/DB2 preferred).
