Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, storage systems, and network equipment.

Perform cabling, connectivity checks, and troubleshoot physical and network issues.

Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP) and Linux/Unix systems.

Manage virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V.

Monitor network performance, availability, and failover mechanisms.

Use DCIM and monitoring tools to track infrastructure health and capacity.

Ensure environmental stability (power, cooling, temperature, humidity) in data center operations.

Required Technical Skill Sets:

Server hardware (rack, blade, tower) and enterprise storage (SAN, NAS).

Network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and structured cabling (fiber, copper).

Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).

Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting.

Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).

Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds).

Load balancing, failover concepts, and infrastructure monitoring (DCIM, SNMP).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
