Proficiency in server hardware installation and configuration.
Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (e.g., Nexus and MDS series switching).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
Strong understanding of critical data center facilities like power and cooling systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with scripting/automation tools (Python, Ansible, etc.) is often a plus.
Incident Management (L2/L3):
Providing second and third-level technical support, detecting, identifying, and resolving complex incidents and outages that could not be solved by L1 support. This includes root cause analysis (RCA).
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitoring network, systems, and services to ensure optimal performance and availability, and preparing incident and analysis reports.
Operations & Maintenance:
Performing daily operations and maintenance for critical facilities infrastructure (power, cooling, HVAC, UPS systems) and IT equipment (servers, storage, networking hardware).
This a fulltime 1+ years (renewable contract) position based in Seremban. The position is open and can be filled as soon as possible.
