Actively manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients and dealers. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
Administrative Support:
Process sales orders, create invoices, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all sales transactions. Maintain and update client information and sales data within the CRM system.
Order and Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and communicate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, addressing issues, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Product Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our IT hardware, software, and solutions to effectively advise clients and recommend products that meet their business requirements.
