Job Description
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the debt collection field, with a focus on debt recovery.
- Strong knowledge of debt recovery strategies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent understanding of credit and collection processes, including skip tracing, negotiation, and litigation.
- Proven track record of successfully recovering outstanding debts and achieving targets.
- Experience in managing a team of debt collectors and overseeing their performance.
- Familiarity with relevant debt collection software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with debtors, clients, and legal professionals.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify effective recovery strategies and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Monday to Friday
- Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- 75% (Preferred)
