Job Description

1. Collect and process completed order forms. 2. Process and manage delivery orders. 3. Resolve and respond to all commissary grievances. 4. In charge of all aspects of scheduling delivery / logistic planning. 5. Ensure all delivery driver know and follow the rules, regulations, policies and procedures. 6. Responsible for truck based on delivery schedule provided. 7. Process weekly time sheets for delivery department. 8. Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work base on company discretion.
