Job Description
A well known Australian based MNC with a culture focused on growth and people is looking to hire a delivery lead to contribute to a team of more than 200 people globally. An exciting REMOTE OPPORTUNITY.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years+ experience in delivery leadership roles, including on significant software development projects
- Broad experience in delivering complex software through all SDLC phases.
- Extensive experience with Agile, particularly SCRUM and Kanban.
- Strong people management skills to drive stakeholder agreement and address blockers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to conceptualize and explain solutions
- Undergraduate degree in business or IT
- Comfortable working in a pressured and dynamic environment.
