To assist the Chef De Partie in producing high quality of food. You are also to support him in managing kitchen operations according to the Standard Operation Procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years' experience in the same or similar capacity in the hotel industry
Possess a Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality Management or Equivalent
Able to communicate in spoken and written English
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
Able to work shifts including night shifts
Good inter-personal and communications skills and able to work well with others
Position open only to Malaysians
