Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily Kitchen Operations/Service \xe2\x80\xa2 Ingredients Ordering & Stocks Monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Cost Control & Wastage Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Kitchen Hygiene Management & Upkeep Requirements: 1. Min. Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Foundation / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent 2. Min. 2 years experience in F&B / Kitchen Operations 3. Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley 4. Willing to work long hours, weekends & selected Public Holidays 5. Customer Service Oriented, able to work as a team & work under pressure 6. Able to speak & write in English 7. Willing to work in a NON HALAL restaurant, serving pork Remuneration & Benefits: Basic Salary (KWSP & SOCSO included) Annual Leave Medical, Dental & Optical Benefits Works closely with Professional Chef Consultant Staff Meals & Uniforms Career Progression Groomed to assume the role of a Chef De Partie, being part of the company Management Team
