Located in Shah Alam, we serve hospitality especially the F&B, hotel and resort improvement in the Klang Valley. We love good food especially Malay food and Kelantanese food, with a goal of bringing it to the next level. We seek suitable candidates keen to grow in management, operation or business to grow with us while supporting the management to develop a strong team. The successful candidates should spend time in management, less time in kitchen. This is a contract part-time and commission-based position, with a potential earning opportunity of up to RM8,000 or more, depending on your performance. Responsibilities:

• Empower women. Partner with NGOs to help women and single mom to grow their income
• Direct or grow a small team of workers to improve food sales
• Promote Malay food
• Set sales target for the team. Provide advice for improvement
• Survey KL/ Selangor market. Develop marketing and growth strategies
• Identify new food trend and new market
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the Klang Valley

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in business, management OR any hospitality related field
• Prefer 2 years of working experience in F&B or hospitality industry
• Candidates without experience but with excellent capability and keen to grow are welcome to apply too
• Hardworking, pleasant personality and excellent in communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
