Lead the editorial team, develop and implement editorial strategies to grow and retain our user base, stimulate engagement and conversions
Oversee all editorial content across website and social media channels, including articles, visuals and video production, ensure content quality and accuracy
Collaborate with sales teams to manage and execute ad content campaigns, consultant campaign performance and suggest ways to increase brand exposure/ revenue from editorial views
Supervisor the editorial team to achieve performance that hit the KPIs
Working closely with HQ on reporting the location market needs and allocate content creation resources, suggest improvement on overall media page development
Requirements:
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese is a MUST
Degree holder with at least 5 years editorial / journalistic/ other related experience in the media industry
Strong content and marketing development sense to capture the needs in content creation
Proven track-record of developing high engagement social media channels based on data analytics
Team management experience
Excellent communication and project management skills, able to handle cross-department campaigns and facilitate smooth operation of the team
Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO and video production
Extensive connection with PR contacts in beauty & female lifestyle brands is a bonus
