Prepare full product cost breakdowns covering raw materials, process costs, machine time, manpower, and overheads.
Source and validate material pricing (CRS, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) and calculate costs based on thickness range from 1.0mm to 5.0mm.
Formulate RFQs for both in-house and subcontracted processes (e.g. powder coating, surface treatment, secondary assembly).
Analyze customer drawings and BOMs to develop cost models and accurate quotations.
Maintain updated costing records, templates, and standard pricing databases for parts and processes.
Provide costing support during new project evaluations, customer RFQ submissions, and project feasibility reviews.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure cost accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
