- Assembling desktop computers based on customer order.
- Testing and troubleshooting, peform extensive testing to ensure that all the components are functioning properly, including running diagnostics software, stress testing and benchmarking.
- Maintaining and repairing, stay up to date with the latest hardware and software trends and technologies, and be able to perform repairs and upgrade as needed.
- Communicate with customers to understand their problems and requirements, and provide technical support and advice.
- Ensuring that all computers are built to the highest standards of quality and performance.

- Have basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Able to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Able to communicate with customer and service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently or part of a team.
- Able to speak Malay and English.
